KIRK REED: In 1977, at the age of 18, I had my first bigfoot encounter. Saw a 10 foot tall one from 40 yards for a full 2 minutes. My grandmother was full blood Cherokee. I had heard the legends as a kid but I did not believe them. When I saw the first Bigfoot, I knew everything she had said was true right down to the dogman/ bigfoot war! From there it led me to search for the truth about these creatures. Along the way I have encountered other Cryptid creatures such as Dogman & big black cats. In July, myself and a partner were 25 feet from a dogman. In 2015, I founded the North East Cryptid Investigation Service. I make nothing off this research. Everything is paid 100% out of my pocket just to try to prove these things exist.
